We got to go home in November for a quick trip to celebrate Ian's mother's 60th birthday and for me to meet my cousin in Seattle after over 25 years since the first time we met. We had a wonderful time in Spokane, especially because no one knew we were coming and we surprised everyone! Ian stayed in Spokane while I spent a few days in Seattle. Although, it rained the entire time, it was great to see my cousin and do a little site seeing. I also managed to squeeze in a fun little girls night out on the town, just like the old days!
