ABOUT US
This year Ian and I will celebrate 10 years of marriage, although we have been together for 15! We met in Seattle and I followed Ian to Washington, DC 13 years ago so Ian could follow his dreams in the world of politics. In the last five years we have been busy growing our family and added three little rugrats into the mix - Lilian, Lincoln & River. Ian is a consultant and I am a school social worker. We hope to someday return back to our Washington State roots but we have managed to make it in DC on our own and it's been a pretty good ride so far.
LILIAN
Age 5
She loves to dance and sing and knows the chorus (if not all the words) to all the songs on the radio. She loves all things girly -dresses, anything sparkly, and makeup. She is so smart and witty and is the best big sister to her brothers.

LINCOLN
Age 2
He is our Tazmanian devil and loves doing whatever Lilian is doing. If that means painting his nails then that's what he's going to do. He is hilarious (intentionally and unintentionally) and keeps us laughing all day long.

RIVER
Age 1
He is the prince - everyone loves River. He wants so badly to walk and talk so he can keep up with Lilian and Lincoln. Once he does, they will not know what hit them. When he wants something there is no stopping him.

Squirrel & Grizzly
Age 10 & 7
Our Chinese Crested dogs who we love even though they drive us crazy. Squirrel pretends to be the good dog but is the first to get into any bag to find extra treats for herself. Grizzly has a mean bark and thinks he's a bear but is really a sweet, scared little mouse deep down.
